Notorious downtown property demolished

PRINCE GEORGE — A notorious downtown property is no more.

Owners of the Willow Inn on Victoria Street are overseeing its demolition today.

Previously known as the Ranch and the Homeland Inn, the property had its business licence suspended back in the spring of 2014 due to a long list of infractions.

Since that time, the building has fallen into disrepair.

For example there was a fire there in 2018 which created extensive damage. It’s also had its doors kicked in, it’s windows broken and been the target of graffiti artists.
