Cougars prepare for 6 game homestand

After spending more than a week and a half on the road the Cougars are back at home this weekend. After a 6 game road trip through both Saskatchewan and Manitoba, the Cougars will now have plenty of time to sleep in their own beds as they kick off a 6 game home stand tomorrow night against their B.C division rivals, the Kamloops Blazers. Despite the Blazers sitting at the top of the B.C division, the Cats own a 2-1 record against the their divisional rivals and perfect at home against them. The Cougars head into the weekend 8 points out of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Puck drop for Friday and Saturday is at 7. Saturday’s game will also mark Vegas night at the game which will have a Live Wedding Ceremony during the 1st intermission.
