Kings look to snap losing skid in Vernon

The Spruce Kings will be looking to snap their 3 game losing skid tonight on the road.

As they pay a visit to the Vernon Vipers on stop number 5 of their current 6 game road trip. After winning the first game of the trip the Kings have dropped 3 straight including a tough 9-2 loss Tuesday in Trail against the Smoke eaters. Tonight’s match up could also be a playoff preview with the way the new playoff format is in the BCHL. Tonight’s contest will mark the 2nd and Final meeting of the season between the two squads. Vernon won the first meeting back in November, 2-1 in a shootout. The Kings will wrap up the trip tomorrow in West Kelowna against the Warriors.
