Crash slows traffic on Highway 16 West
PRINCE GEORGE —Update: The RCMP has released more information into this morning’s crash on Highway 16 West near Dahl Lake Road, an area commonly known as “potato flats.”
Mounties say weather and road conditions may have played a role in a five-vehicle crash involving three commercial vehicles and two personal vehicles.
RCMP describe it as a “chain reaction crash” noting one person was sent to hospital with minor injuries.
Update: The highway is now open to single-lane alternating traffic.
