YMCA Strong Kids Campaign kicks off Friday

PRINCE GEORGE–The YMCA of Northern BC will kick off its annual campaign for YMCA Strong Kids tomorrow, Feb.14.

The goal is to raise $60,000 for the campaign that helps support local children and youth in participating in YMCA camps and programs. Along with an additional $85,000 to fund another year of Beyond the Bell–an academic achievement program at Glenview Elementary for low income and vulnerable children.

The YMCA will host its YMCA MEGATHON on March 7th to help raise funds for the campaign.
