FORT ST. JAMES– RCMP are investigating after a fatal hit and run which occurred earlier in February.
On Saturday, Feb.1, BC Ambulance received a call of a “Man Down” on Tachie reserve at Alexis Drive and Williams Road near Fort St. James. When they arrived they found a 40-year-old man on the road, who was soon pronounced dead.
Fort St. James RCMP received information on Feb.3 leading them to believe that the incident was a hit and run.
