RCMP seek wanted Prince George man

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: Prince George RCMP say Mitchell Boreland turned himself in to police earlier today (March 4).

Earlier (March 2): Mounties are seeking the public’s help in locating 37-year-old Mitchell William Boreland of Prince George.

RCMP say Boreland is wanted on a Family Maintenance Act warrant after failing to appear in court.

Boreland is described as:

  • White
  • Six feet tall
  • 161 pounds
  • Blonde hair
  • Blue eyes

“Boreland should be considered violent,” says Cpl. Craig Douglass. “If located, contact the RCMP or the police or jurisdiction in your area. Do not confront Boreland.”
