Minor Midget Cougars ready for post-season

The regular season is in the books for the Minor Midget Cariboo Cougars and now the club is getting ready for their 1st round match up in the post-season.

After finishing the 32 game regular season with a 26-5-1 record the Cats finished the campaign at the top of the standings and will battle the 8th seeded North Island Silvertips in the opening round.

The Silvertips finished the campaign with an 8-21-2-1 record on the year and were 0-4 against Cariboo this season.

The two clubs met just a couple of weeks ago on Vancouver Island where the Cougars earned 6-3 and 5-2 wins.
