PRINCE GEORGE – BC Transit is looking for public feedback on how Prince George Transit can better serve its riders.

With one session already being held, four more will be held this week, serving as a check-in to 2014’s council endorsed 25-year plan.

Tuesday, March 10

University of Northern British Columbia, Conference Centre
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Prince George Public Library, 2nd Floor
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 11

College of New Caledonia, Gathering Place
9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Prince George Public Library, 2nd Floor
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Feedback gathered through these open houses will help BC Transit to develop a Transit Future Action Plan for the region. Members of the public who cannot attend the open houses are invited to provide their feedback through an online survey available at https://form.simplesurvey.com/f/l/pg-transit until March 27.

Some of the possible changes include altering longer routes, as well as addressing increased ridership to and from downtown with apartment and student residence developments.
