B & E suspect arrested at 6th & Central
PRINCE GEORGE — A 41-year-old Prince George man is facing charges after an alleged break and enter early this (Mar. 18) morning.
Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass police received a report of a break and enter to a business on the 600 block of Central Street West at around 2:40 a.m.
“The inital report indicated that a lone male smashed a window of a retail store and fled with stolen merchandise in a shopping cart,” he says, noting he was apprehended by police a short time later.
“Investigators recovered almost $4000 worth of goods in the suspect’s possession, in the shopping cart or in a near-by dumpster.”
