Feds roll out billions of dollars

MP Todd Doherty says the best place to look for Fed. Financial help is Canada.ca

PRINCE GEORGE – Last week the federal government rolled out $27 billion in new spending and $55 billion in credit to help families and businesses get past the COVID-19 pandemic.

The spreading of the virus has reduced consumer spending, interrupted work-life and caused financial pain.

The money is directed at Canadians are looking for social benefits ranging from GST credit to help with businesses.

Little details were given on how to access the programs so far.

According to MP Cariboo – Prince George Todd Doherty the information about the new spending is on the Canada.ca website and can change day by day.
