Four new cases of COVID-19 in Northern Health

VICTORIA – During the Province’s daily public address in providing updates regarding the novel coronavirus, the provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry announced 67 new cases in the past day, bringing the total number of cases across British Columbia to 617 cases.

Since Sunday, March 22, the province’s total number of positive-tested cases has jumped by 145.

In the Northern Health region, four new cases have been reported. Those cases bring the health authority’s total to nine cases.

Dr. Henry did not have any new deaths to be reported, further adding that 173 people have recovered in the province from Covid-19. In the province, 59 people are in hospital with 23 of them being in ICU.
