“Just fine-tune things”: local hair stylist’s suggestion with at-home haircuts
PRINCE GEORGE – Slow and steady.
After a month of facing federal and provincial mandates to social distance and non-essential businesses to close their doors in response to the global pandemic of COVID-19, some people (myself included) might be feeling the itch to take their hair situation into their own hands.
With barbershops and hair salons closed, hair continues to grow. But as Shannon Wright of The Pepper Tree Hair Salon in Prince George says, while she would never recommend someone to do their own hair, she understands that people might not have many options.
“I would just say to fine-tune things. If you leave us hair, we can fix it. No drastic changes.”
