Former Timberwolf receives prestigious honour

The accolades continue to pour in for former UNBC Timberwolf Kady Dandeneau.

Over the weekend Dandeneau was named as the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball’s Female Athlete of the Year.

Dandeneau helped Team Canada qualify for the Tokyo Paralympics and propelled Canada to a thrilling comeback victory against the United States in the Gold Medal game of the Parapan Games.

She was also back in Prince George last month as the guest speaker at the 6th annual Timberwolves Legacy Breakfast.
