Evacuation alerts and order for Upper Mud River Road and Chilako River areas rescinded

PRINCE GEORGE — Good news for dozens of property owners: The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George (RDFFG) has rescinded all evacuation alerts and order for the Upper Mud River Road and Chilako River areas.

The areas had been under an order and alert as a result of rising waters in the area however they RDFFG says those water levels have subsided.
