Four Prince George athletes named to Team Canada for 20/21

There’s no bigger honour than to wear the maple leaf and for four Prince George athletes, they will have the opportunity to do just that in the 2020-2021 season.

Mereyta O’Dine, Gavin Rowell, Tianna Gairns, and Evan Bichon have all been announced to Canada’s Ski and Snowboard cross-team.

O’dine kept her spot following a very successful 19/20 season, which saw the Prince George native finish in the Top 10 of competitions on 10 separate occasions.

Evan Bichon will join O’Dine on the snowboard cross team as a rookie.

Meanwhile, Rowell and Gairns will be on the ski cross-team.
