PG Sports Hall of Famer new Head Coach of SC Bern

There’s a new Head Coach of SC Bern in Switzerland and he is a Prince George Sports Hall of Famer.

It was announced yesterday that Don Nauchbauer, who was born in Kitimat, but raised in Prince George was named as the club’s new Head Coach.

Nauchbauer has had a lengthy coaching career with most of it happening in the Western Hockey League with stops in Seattle, Tri-City, and Spokane.

He also had a stint in the NHL as an Assistant Coach with the Los Angeles Kings.
