The Salted Cracker pops-up at YXS

PRINCE GEORGE—Over the past several months, Prince George residents have been asked to support local businesses in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Prince George Airport Authority is doing just that by adding a new pop-up food kiosk to its premise.

In the coming weeks travellers heading in and out of the Prince George Airport will be able to grab a bite at the Salted Cracker pop-up kiosk.

The restaurant and kiosk in the boarding lounge at the airport remain closed due to COVID-19, with no timeline as to when it will reopen. “We looked outside the box to fulfill our customer’s needs,” said Duke.
