International students a challenge
PRINCE GEORGE – Roughly 40 percent of the students attending the College of New Caledonia come from a country other than this one. But COVID-19 has presented a challenge for international students registering for classes.
“So we have a returning group of students. A very strong group of students. Those numbers are the majority. The new student numbers are smaller,” explains Shelley Carter-Rose, the Vice President of Student Affairs.
When COVID-19 first struck, March 18th was the critical day.
