Downtown Rotary Club selling corn to support youth

PRINCE GEORGE—This weekend it’s okay to get corny.

On September 12th, the Downtown Rotary Club of Prince George will be selling Soda Creek corn to raise money for their school breakfast programs, scholarships and youth leadership programs.

Bags of corn will be able to be ordered online, pre-paid and then picked up or purchased on-site at the Homesteader Meats parking lot. The stand will be up and running on Saturday, Sept.12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A bag of a dozen is $14. A raffle to win a $1,000 gift certificate to Homesteader Meats will also be available to the public for $20 an ticket.
