Public inquest scheduled into death of 48-year-old man in Dawson Creek
VICTORIA—The B.C. Coroners Service has scheduled a public inquest into the death of James Daniel McIntyre.
The inquest is scheduled to begin on September 28 at 9:30 a.m. at the Dawson Creek Courthouse.
McIntyre’s death was reported to the B.C. Coroners Service on July 16, 2015, following a police altercation in Dawson Creek.
“Michael Egilson, presiding coroner, and a jury will hear evidence from witnesses under oath to determine the facts surrounding this death.
