Local RCMP respond to two more shootings

PRINCE GEORGE—Prince George RCMP are reporting two more shootings.

RCMP say they arrived at the first shooting last night (Sept.17) at around 9 p.m., at a home on the 400 block of Quinn Street South. Three people were in the home at the time, however, no one was injured.

At around 2 a.m. this morning (Sept.18) police responded to a another shooting, this one on the 1100 block of Vancouver St. RCMP say one person was inside the home at the time, and also did not sustain any injuries.

Prince George RCMP responded to two shootings earlier this week one on McIntyre Crescent and another on Upland St.

At this time, police say there is no evidence to indicate that these shooting are related to one another or other recent shootings within the City.

No suspects are currently in custody. If you have any information, you’re asked to call police.
