While some sports have been able to resume this fall in the City of Prince George, the same can not be said at the High School level.

Currently B.C High School Sports has moved into Stage 2 of their return to play plan.

B.C High Schools moved into stage 2 of the return to play plan and at this time there is no estimated time of when they could potentially move into stage 3.

As of right now, fall sports are extremely limited in their activities.

Close contact sports like football are unable to play this season, but some others can have limited development training practices at their facilities.

“They’re so disappointed,” stated Louise Holmes to CKPG.

“For us who have been in this business for a long time, having a quiet gym after school is kind of eery”

Regardless of what they can or can’t do right now, it is a difficult situation for both athletes and coaches.
