B.C. Conservatives announce candidate for Cariboo North

QUESNEL—The B.C. Conservative Party has announced their candidate for Cariboo North.

Quesnel resident, Kyle Townsend, will represent the riding. Townsend grew up in Topley, B.C. and has spend the past 15 years in logging and mining.

“I want to see a government that supports the industries, that support our province, and a government that understands that there is more to this province than the Lower Mainland.”—Kyle Townsend, Conservative Candidate, North Cariboo

Townsend holds a Mine Supervision Certification, and was a first-responder and a volunteer fire fighter for 10 years.

He manages a publicly traded junior mining company, and is a member of the Cariboo Mining Association.
