PRINCE GEORGE — A 41-year-old Prince George man is facing multiple charges following an alleged break and enter Monday morning.

Prince George RCMP received a report of a break and enter just after 8 a.m. on Monday to a shed located in a fenced yard on MacDonald Avenue in Prince George.

Police say surveillance images showed the break and enter occurred at around 4 a.m. The suspect stole a number of items including a bicycle, helmet, chainsaw, tackle box, fishing rods, power tools and hiking boots. The total value of the items is believed to be over $2,000.

Later that morning, at around 9:30 a.m., police located and arrested the suspect near the intersection of Queensway and 17th Avenue.

“The stolen bicyle and helmet were recovered. The suspect was also found with a knife and a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine,” says Cpl. Craig Douglass.

He says 41-year-old Bradley Robert Foster has been charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property, fail to comply with probation and possession of a controlled substance.

Foster has been held in custody and will appear in court tomorrow (Oct.9).
