RCMP seek help identifying suspects involved in building break and enter

PRINCE GEORGE—RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects of a break and enter in August.

Prince George RCMP say they received a report, on September 3, of a break and enter that had taken place on Sunday, August 30th at an apartment building on the 3600 block of 15th Ave.

Police say that two suspects, a male and a female, broke into the building and proceeded to break into the mail boxes and a storage room. Several items were taken including a red toolbox, 100ft red/black extension cord, a backpack vacuum, a Ryobi brand vacuum and assorted cleaning supplies; a total estimated value of $1,000.

Investigators are hoping that the public may recognize the suspects captured on surveillance footage.

The female is described as:

  • Indigenous;
  • 20-30 years old;
  • brown hair, but may have been dyed lighter;
  • wearing a black hoodie, red bandana over her nose and mouth, tight light coloured pants, white Adidas brand running shoes, and a black shoulder bag.

The male is described as:

  • heavy set;
  • wearing an orange hoodie, black mask, grey ball cap, white sunglasses, grey sweatpants, black running shoes and a grey backpack.
