Advance voting begins

PRINCE GEORGE— Advance polls opened today (Oct.15) across B-C as the province prepares for the October 24th general election.

Elections BC has posted the locations of all advance polling places on its website, with directions about how to find the one closest to you.

Prince George-Mackenzie Advance Voting (Oct.15-21):

• Mackenzie Secondary School 500 Skeena Dr., Mackenzie, B.C.
• Prince George Family Worship Centre, 3400 Hart Hwy., Prince George, BC
• Trinity United Church – Spruceland Area 3555 5th Ave., Prince George, BC
• Christ Our Saviour Church Hall, 4514 Austin Rd., W Prince George, BC

• Prince George Civic Centre, 808 Canada Games Way, Prince George, BC

Polls opened at 8 a.m. and remain open until 8 p.m., with advance voting continuing daily, right through next Wednesday (Oct.21).

Would-be voters are advised to arrive at the poll with their voter card — if they have one — identification and a pen or pencil, while masks are highly encouraged
