PG Parolees wanted, considered violent

PRINCE GEORGE–Local RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating three wanted parolees.

Prince George RCMP say that on Friday, Oct.2 a Canada-wide warrant for Being Unlawfully at Large was issued for 22-year-old Smitty Ralph Bent. The warrant was issued for Bent after he failed to meet conditions of his release by missing curfew at his designated residence in Prince George.

Police say that all efforts to locate Bent have been negative. Bent is believed to be in the Prince George area and is said to have an extensive criminal record including firearms-related offences, and should be considered violent. If located, he should not be confronted, and local police should be informed.

Smitty Ralph Bent is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • 180 cm (5’11)
  • 77 kg (170 lbs)
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • He has tattoos on both hands

On the same day, Oct.2nd, a Canada-wide warrant for Being Unlawfully at Large was issued for 43-year-old Alpheus Nasekapow. The warrant was issued after Nasekapow failed to meet the conditions of his release by missing curfew at his designated residence, also in Prince George.

Efforts to locate Nasekapow have also been negative. Police say he is believed to be in the Prince George area, however, has ties to Alberta and Manitoba. Nasekapow has an extensive criminal record and should also be considered violent, and not approached if located. Members of the public are asked to contact their local RCMP if they do locate Nasekapow.

Alpheus Nasekapow is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • 173 cm (5’8)
  • 113 kg (250 lbs)
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • He has tattoos on his right hand, wrist and upper arm

A Canada-wide warrant was issued for 43-year-old Brandon Ryall, on Aug.27, for Being Unlawfully at Large. His arrest warrant was issued after failing to meet the conditions of his release by missing curfew at his designated home in Prince George.

Ryall is believed to be in the Prince George area, however, has ties to Alberta. He has an extensive criminal record including weapons-related offences and should be considered violent.

Brandon Ryall is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • 175 cm (5’9)
  • 77 kg (170 lbs)
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • He has tattoos on both forearms

Prince George RCMP ask that if any of the above are located that members of the public do not approach them, and instead call RCMP in their jurisdiction.
