Benches to be unveiled in memory of David Mah

PRINCE GEORGE—There will soon be two new benches in the City to commemorate the life of a well-known local photographer.

On Oct.28th, at 11 a.m. at the CN Centre, two benches will be unveiled in memory of David Mah. Mah passed away from cancer back in 2016, at the age of 55.

The benches will be located outside the entrance to the CN Centre— a location which Mah often frequented.

The cost for the benches was covered through a public fundraising campaign, and more than the required $4,300 was raised. The remainder of the money will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society’s Kordyban Lodge and the BC Cancer Centre for the North.
