Makow commits to Spruce Kings for 21/22 season

Even though the 20/21 season has yet to start for the Prince George Spruce Kings, the club announced today their first commitment for the 21/22 campaign.

Vanderhoof product Linden Makow has signed on to the club and will suit up with the Kings next season.

Makow spent last year with the U16 Cariboo Cougars where he put up 23 goals and 14 assists in 26 games.

In a press release sent out by the team, Spruce Kings General Manager Mike Hawes stated, ” We are excited that Linden has chosen to be a Spruce King. He plays the game hard and has a ton of ability. That combined with the fact that he’s a great young man makes him a great addition to our team.”

In the same release, Head Coach of the Spruce Kings Alex Evin said, ” We believe he has the potential to be a very effective forward in the BCHL and we are glad he chose our program to develop into a future NCAA player.”
