Death toll due to COVID-19 rises to 5 in Northern Health

PRINCE GEORGE — Two more deaths due to COVID-19 in Northern Health, bringing the total to five.

Northern Health confirms that the two latest deaths occurred in Dawson Creek.

One of the men was in his 70s while the other was in his 80s. All of this more than one week after an outbreak was declared at Rotary Manor.

A new outbreak at Peace Villa in Fort St. John was announced this afternoon.
