More COVID-19 cases at work camps

PRINCE GEORGE — New information has been released by Northern Health regarding the Coastal Gas Link work sites out in Burns Lake.

To date, there have been 56 lab confirmed cases associated with the outbreak at 7 Mile Lodge and Little Rock Lake Lodge which is an increase of 3 since the last update on December 31.

All of the cases are now recovered and have completed their required self-isolation.

Both work sites are limited to essential workers only, to support those in self-isolation and to ensure safe operation of the sites until public health approves updated COVID-19 safety plans for restarting project work.
