PRINCE GEORGE – Having the convenience of a home gym is one of the ways of meeting your fitness goals. According to fitness experts, a home gym should start out with basic equipment and grow as your goals change.
According to personal trainer Dave Utz, creating a space in your home to maintain your health and fitness can be done without investing in some of the equipment that’s used at large gyms.
“Instead of having all these weights and equipment, you can fill a backpack with weights and use that as a form of resistance for muscles. Bodyweight exercises are fantastic things like pushups and squats.” Dave Utz
