Prince George Council initiates search for new city manager

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George City Council has initiated a search for a new city manager.

In a statement, Council says it is looking for a city manager to work collaboratively with them to implement a vision for the community and the city’s strategic priorities.

Council goes on to say that the city manager is accountable for the operation of all municipal services and oversees a staff of 750 employees with a budget of $250 million.

Council is working with JB Consultants Inc. to identify suitable candidates. The deadline for applications is February 26.
