Shed fire on Willowcale Road

PRINCE GEORGE — A busy morning for Prince George Fire Rescue as crews from four halls responded to a commercial structure fire on the 8500 block of Willowcale Road.

Assistant Chief John Law says it broke out at approximately 3 a.m..

“First arriving fire crews found a wooden shed approximately 20’ X 30’ which had an oil furnace inside which was being used to supply heat to a large metal building.

“The wooden shed was fully involved with fire. A fast attack quickly knocked the fire down. Crews remained on site to fully extinguish the fire. The fire is undetermined at this time and dollar loss is estimated at $25,000.00.”:
