PRINCE GEORGE – For most Canadians, the flour we consume comes from the Canadian prairies however a local entrepreneur has started up a flour mill near the banks of the Nechako River by sourcing BC grown wheat.
Over the last 10 years, the owner of Black Fox Flour Kevin Pettersen developed a business plan that paralleled his passion for cooking. His love for baking bread led him to build a flour mill operation.
