PRINCE GEORGE – A local wedding store is seeing some optimistic newlyweds planning for small spring weddings.

Even though the provincial health office hasn’t eased up health restrictions yet.

For some people, the dress is the focal point of a wedding. But couples wanting to exchange vows in the near future are still waiting for restrictions to ease.
