Boogie with the Stars plans return

PRINCE GEORGE — Boogie with the Stars is planning to be back this New Year’s Eve.

Organizers acknowledge its early but say they are hoping Canada’s vaccine rollout goes forward without a hitch and that the fundraiser can go forward.

Proceeds will go to local charities including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Prince George Symphony Orchestra, the Humane Society and the Prince George Hospice Society.

Last year’s event was cancelled due to the pandemic. This year’s fundraising goal is $100,000.
