PRINCE GEORGE – Mark down March 13th in your calendar. Mayor Lyn Hall has declared that day as “Mike Benny Day,” a day to reminisce about some of his more quirky attributes.

For instance, he used to talk a lot about his proficiency playing World of Tanks.

He also spoke at length about how breakfast sandwiches are a food group as is beer.

March 13 would have been Mike’s 35th anniversary with the station.

We lost Mike last month, after a courageous battle with cancer .
