Renovations at UNBC to accommodate new therapy programs

PRINCE GEORGE — After several years of campaigning, our region will soon be graduating more medical professionals.

The new physiotherapy program will move into its new space at UNBC this fall, and the occupational therapy program will follow next year.

To make room, work crews are busy on the ground floor of the teaching and learning building at UNBC, moving walls and creating spaces.

The university also had to relocate some groups to other areas within the university. The first UBC Master of Physical Therapy – North graduates are scheduled to graduate in the fall of 2022.
