Rheaume and Cochrane have 2-goal nights in 5-3 win over Chilliwack
CHILLIWACK, BC – Although the Spruce Kings found themselves in the box too many times, they were able to get big offensive contributions from Nick Rheaume and Carter Cochrane who both scored twice to help the Spruce Kings defeat the Chilliwack Chiefs 5-3.
Prince George now draws even with the Chiefs with 4-2 records in the Chilliwack Pod standings.
After a great feed from Christian Buono in the neutral zone, Kolton Cousins had a phenomenal effort driving to the goal and got tripped up in the process, and the puck ended up on the stick of Carter Cochrane who fired it in the open cage to give PG the lead. The time of Cochrane’s tally was at 18:56.
