Prince George family still searching for missing dog

PRINCE GEORGE – A local family is staying optimistic over four weeks now since their dog went missing from Beaverly.

The Robberts family worry someone may have even stolen their dog, who was pregnant at the time and would have now had her puppies.

“Hopefully, she’s with somebody and somebody is looking after her, and for whatever reason, we dont care about that we just want our dog back” says Chris Robberts, one of the dog’s owners.

Chris says his family has not felt whole since the dog went missing, routines disrupted, and an emotional rollercoaster which has taken a toll on the family.

The one-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog has been with the Robberts family ever since she was a puppy.

Chris’ wife and daughters both recount a number of memories daily, and say they still look around for her, hoping one day she’ll turn up at the back door.
