PRINCE GEORGE – Economic insecurity, lockdowns, and social isolation are some of the issues that have affected some people’s mental health during the pandemic.

This week the Canadian Mental Health Association launched its Ride Don’t Hide fundraising campaign to support mental health education.

The Canadian Mental Health Association of Northern BC used its newest facility as a backdrop to kick off its 10th anniversary year Ride Don’t Hide fundraising campaign.

The Brink Group of companies has been the title sponsor for the last three years and during this pandemic, supporting the not-for-profit this time is essential.

The Canadian Mental Health Association helps to reduce stigma around mental health, and they also provide education, services and training for those living with mental health issues.
