Fatal crash claims life of McBride teenager

McBRIDE — An 18 year-old male is dead following a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning in McBride.

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says a Chevy Impala rolled over at 2:52 a.m. on Eddy Road.

The 18-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger was taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries. No word on the cause.

A memorial has been arranged for this Saturday at 2 p.m. to remember the teenager.
