Cougars hire new equipment manager

PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce the hiring of Kory Achtymichuk as the team’s new Equipment Manager.

Achtymichuk replaces outgoing Equipment Manager Ramandeep “Chico” Dhanjal who recently accepted a position with the Abbotsford Canucks in the American Hockey League.

“Kory worked for a great organization in Regina, and he is ready to take the next step. We look forward to him joining our team for the upcoming season,” said Cougars’ GM & Head Coach Mark Lamb.

The Wadena, Saskatchewan product spent the past four seasons as the Assistant Equipment Manager of the Regina Pats. With the Pats, Achtymichuk worked the 2017 WHL Final and the 2018 Kia Memorial Cup.
