Fertility Matters 6K brings attention to Pregnancy and Infant Loss.

PRINCE GEORGE – Approximately 6 million Canadians experience reproductive health issues. This week is the inaugural Fertility Matters 6K, a national event that will bring attention to Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance.

Local couple Suzy and Dave Merritt have come through a journey to make their own family. They are one in six couples in Canada that struggled with fertility issues.

According to Merritt, there is a stigma against those who want a family in a non-traditional way.
