Young Cats working through early-season woes with the man-advantage
PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Cougars are looking to rediscover the ‘power’ in their powerplay.
Through 15 games, the Cougars man-advantage unit is ranked last in the Western Hockey League at 10.3 per cent, and second-last in the entire Canadian Hockey League. The Sarnia Sting are currently operating at 9.5 per cent.
During the preseason, there was excitement around this team. Through four exhibition games, the Cougars were sitting at 45 per cent on the powerplay.
