Prolific offender caught with the help of local police dog
PRINCE GEORGE- RCMP caught a prolific break and enter suspect on Sunday night.
Shortly before 11:00 pm, police responded to a report of a break-and-enter on the 1300 block of Noranda Road East. Once officers arrived at the location, they located and arrested 41-year-old Trudy Marie Davis with the help of the police dog services team.
“At the time of her arrest, police found Ms. Davis to be in violation of a Conditional Sentence Order, which stems from a conviction for breaking and entering just two months prior, “stated PG RCMP Corporal Jennifer Cooper,
The Prince George local remained in custody until she could attend court, when the BC Prosecution Service approved one count of break and enter, mischief under $5,000 and two counts of theft under $5,000.
