Kings acquire defenceman as part of three-team trade
PRINCE GEORGE – One trade just wasn’t enough for the Spruce Kings as they completed another transaction, several hours after making another.
The Prince George Spruce Kings have acquired defenceman James Bohn (02) and future considerations from the Surrey Eagles as part of a three-team trade that included the Coquitlam Express.
The Eagles will receive defenceman Brody Gagno (02) from the Spruce Kings in return.
Bohn, 19, from Coquitlam BC, is in his third BCHL season. The left-hand shot defenceman has two goals and five assists in 17 games played with the Express this season. In the 2021 Burnaby Pod, Bohn finished with 10 assists in 20 games played. In his BCHL tenure, Bohn has suited up in 87 BCHL games and has 22 points in those contests.
