PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Spruce Kings have acquired D Nick Marciano (02) from the Cowichan Valley Capitals in exchange for D Connor Elliott (03) and Future Considerations.
Marciano, 19, from Greenwich CT, has suited up in 21 BCHL games for the Capitals and already has amassed 15 points in those games, including two goals and 13 helpers. The 6’2 defender is also committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey at Princeton University.
“We’re thrilled to add a player like Nick to our lineup,” said General Manager Mike Hawes. “He has shown that he is a top-level defenceman in our league. He will be a key contributor in all areas of the game for us”
